Our Story
At Pete's Smoked Meats, we are passionate about providing our customers with the best barbeque experience possible. Our journey began in 2005, with a small food truck and a dream to bring authentic Southern-style BBQ to the people of this great city.
Our Menu
Our menu is a true celebration of Kansas City - style barbeque. We use only the finest quality meats, seasoned with our secret blend of spices, slow and low smoked over mesquite wood for up to 14 hours to create the perfect flavor and tenderness. We also offer a range of delicious sides, macaroni and cheese, baked beans, potato salad, coleslaw and chips to complement our meats.
